From new homes to hands-on schools, Peoria is one of Phoenix metro’s best up and coming areas to invest in. (I promise this isn’t my bias towards my city talking!) Money magazine has been named one of the “Top 100 Places to Live” and a poll of its 160,000+ residents declared that 98% would recommend living in Peoria to potential home buyers or people new to Arizona! So if you’re thinking about buying a home in Peoria, here’s why you should take the plunge:

The Sunshine Never Stops in Peoria, AZ
One of my favorite mottos in both business and life comes from the late Eleanor Roosevelt, an expert on positivity and finding happiness in small things:
“The purpose of life is to live it, to taste experience to the utmost, to reach out eagerly and without fear for newer and richer experience.”
Arizona is the perfect place to bask in the sun! The city of Peoria provides countless new experiences for all of the residents in the Phoenix area. Check out these cool hotspots in and around Peoria, AZ and get outside and enjoy life in the Valley of the Sun!
Slightly to the west of Peoria (next to Luke Air Force Base) lies the best kept secret in Phoenix: the Wildlife World Zoo. The zoo has been accumulating some of the rarest animals in the world for the past thirty years (including an albino alligator!). Privately owned and operated, the park expects to expand another 15 acres within the next few years and preserve even more wildlife. This is definitely a place to take the kids for hands-on exhibits of rare species of reptiles, insects, mammals, and birds. The best part for me? Getting licked in the face by a giraffe!
